Lunch is grilled asparagus which I put in my Pam sprayed griddle pan, seasoned with only salt and pepper and cooked for a few minutes.
Even if I am eating a simple lunch, I try and make it look appetizing.
The glass is from Biot on the French Riviera. The flatware is Christofle Capricorne bought in Paris and the placemat is vintage Audrey.
Biot is perched on a hilltop not far from Antibes. Just visiting the factory is a moving experience. A sample of some of their handblown glasses is also pictured.
